Advantage Healthcare Group, one of the UKs leading healthcare providers, requires a Registered Nurse to join their established team in Portsmouth.

You will be a well organised individual who is highly motivated and enjoys the challenge of dealing with something different everyday.

Duties of the role will include:

Respond and carry out clinical assessments for clients
Identify and allocate appropriately skilled trained nurses and carers to carry out person-centred care according to the clients needs
Service client care requirements through carrying out 1:1 training, assessment of competency of workers, review the process of delegation of tasks and on-going supervision
Oversee the recruitment, retention and on-going compliance for all branch (agency) nurses
Manage any clinical complaints in line with internal policy and regulations.
Build excellent relationships with new and existing clients

The successful applicant will have a valid PIN number and the ability to work in a team whilst using own initiative; have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages with good typing skills.
